Registration Fee(s)

Registration includes the symposium program, lunch and refreshments, ice-breaker reception, special banquet dinner, and proceedings (both paper and electronic). You may bring a guest to the banquet for an additional charge.

If you register as a student, you must submit a copy of your current student ID to Itasca Australia before your registration will be confirmed. The "Student Limited" option only includes admission to the technical sessions, lunch and refreshments, and an electronic copy of the proceedings.

If you have any problems with or questions about this process, please contact itasca@itasca.com.au. If you do not wish to submit payment online, please complete a paper registration form and return it via fax or post.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations of registration must be by letter, facsimile or e-mail (itasca@itasca.com.au) only. Refunds will apply as follows:

More than 28 days before the conference — Full Refund
28–7 days before the conference — Refund (less A$200 administration charge)
7 days or less before the conference or non-attendance — No Refund
